Doesn't Marc have a video where he shows using a lighter bat for a certain amount of reps, then regular bat, then a heavier bat and repeating that sequence for about 3 sets?

I've been tempted to get one of these but I'm really spending too much money on softball. I might have to switch to the cheap beer

Sorry for the late repsonse but I am just now getting some time to do my "reading". At least you are recognzing early that you are spending too much on softball. Before I knew it I was hooked, and it doesn's take long before you have spent your vacation "fun money"

Any related to the whip hit. I made one very easily and cheaply. I have found it to be an excellent tool to fix the casting of the hands and early wrist break. There is no way a ball can be hit properly with it with those bad mechanics. It doesn't address all flaws, but I have found that it certainly help in the two mentioned here. For my $0.02
