Clearly to me the stacked arm is past the back hip and her back foot is still on the ground. Upper body ahead swing.

That is how I see it. Better sequence and the ball leaves the field...


Put yourself in this exact position and see how the body parts line up. Yes you can teach from a still picture (check point)....


My opinion, of course you can form your own from what you see.
I still like her swing, and stand up double.

Her lower body leads her upper body, yet her 'along' action is way out front.

Simply having the lower body lead the upper body does not guarantee a proper sequence.

Yes, she is out of sequence. IMO her hand usage is late. She virtually waits until the rear elbow is fully slotted to begin working the barrel. It isn't her hand action that is governing her slotting action.
