That is just a poor swing. Has nothing do with how to swing. Not a good example of anything really when you think about it. Obviously there is no launch position. No stretch. No snap. Simple beat.

Watch the girl adjust from the launch position and into swing flexion. I should have saved that adjustment from Florida State, I posted her long swing time before. Their catcher. She adjusted the swing time to make it even longer. Ugly swing. She still hit a HR.
Shawn, it's what happens when the COM doesn't get shifted (FYB). Swing is the shift is long and slow.

He will always get tied up (up/in).

It's why AJ had to make the changes. If you're not shifting (anticipating) your COM to get leverage your beat. Impossible to turn on a ball (inside/out only).

ANTICIPATION has to be apart of hitting. There just isn’t enough time. You cannot cover the entire zone. Impossible at pro speeds.

You’re not listening. That is a very poor swing. There is no coil, there is no real load. there is no stretch, so there is no forward. You’re always working forward found that out 27 years ago. It ended up being call forward by coil.

For every action there is an opposite and equal reaction. Apply force rearward, forward is the reaction.

No one ever said you don’t move forward. But, this forward action is countered by the back scap engage to counter the moving forward.. You stretch, spirally formed spring. The stretch in the groin, one long muscle, It’s one thing. The result is the slingshot effect.

Goata is HLP and HLP is Goata. Goata Columns. HLP is all about the rear column and developing the rear column. Fused. You have to train the spirals.

So Nooo that swing is just a poor swing and nothing useful can be taken from it. No forward.

Shawn the the two pivot point turn under pattern isn't compatible with pitches up and in.

The lower half starts the swing and the drive, the upper half joins the drive with its own power.
Don’t recall who said it on here but “the train always leaves the station.” The train is the lower half.
