I'm having a hard time seeing DiCarlo's hands at the start of any of those 3 swings to be able to compare their movement to when the barrel starts to move.

IMO, DiCarlo is a very good example of a swing with the intent of TTB to create early bat speed and launch the barrel from behind the rear leg.

Way too much focus on TTB IMO. Take with a grain of salt OP, but I would focus more on body and what it should be doing. Some people say, just TTB, and the body will react appropriately. I'm not a big fan of that. Speaking from my own personal experience with my DD.

How about here? He is thinking about getting palm up/palm down hence his demo..looks like he gets palm up/palm down faster in the game swing..wonder why.
