It took us a year to break in my DD’s Pro206 but we were not in a rush. Ready to buy a new one now..just waiting for a new batch of Pro1000’s to come in..
it's taking a while for DD to get her ProS1000 game ready...mostly because she has had other gloves to use but those are getting pretty torn up.

So back to the break in...What's the best way to flair the glove at least thumb side properly, without breaking it down too much?
I’m really not into the whole finger flare thing, even when the heel, palm, pocket, web and web spiral are broken in, I like the thumb and pinky to still remain stiff. All personal preference!

Tonk, now we both know that glove should have been broken in what…..4, 5 years ago?? 🙄

haha...yep. DD really liked the All Star System Seven glove she got at the same time so the Rawlings has been sitting on the shelf like a garage queen. The internals on the All Star have worn thin and are now torn up so this summer the ProS started getting some work. It's coming along nicely.

Took these June 6th 2018. Not a basket web fan but had a real hard time putting this one down!

Just for grins...she's still using this Vinci when playing CF. It's held up extremely well over the years, it hasn't had nearly as much time but always performs.

And her sister still uses this Vinci when playing 3rd (or anywhere else besides C...I would say it's held up very well and is a great overall glove. The old guard at DFP has steered us well with bats and gloves for sure!
