Your assumption that people are too stupid to be able to discern for themselves could be construed as being
as offensive as his supposed false advertising...just saying. At least he is putting swings out there for people
to make that judgement. There are plenty of supposed gurus out there (and here) who claim they know the secret mojo
formula to hitting who have never posted a single hitter (or themselves). It is equivalent to me saying I proved that smooth solutions always exist to the Navier-Stokes equations but then never showing the actual proof...

Also for the record, as you know, I don't really "teach" my kid HI mechanics, or really use any method(you could come back and say that that it is obvious from her swing and to that I would say touche... :p) so it isn't like I am overly invested in what this guy is saying.

Anyway I am done talking about this. This board is getting to be a bit like BBD, too many people complaining about other people.
It’s definitely not that they are stupid. But they are ‘new’. Nothing more.

Stupid is doing the same thing over and over thinking your gonna get better results.

When trash gets posted that will steer people off the path. Think of me as Caltrans( Ca. Transportation) steering you to the beach without any detours. :)

I enjoy reading/learning about hitting. Any theory. Any method. Doesn't matter. The agenda based BS is annoying and tiring. If I want to deal with more BS, I will just stay at work longer each day ;)
I echo this message completely. I am open to any theory. But I also prefer instructors who do not get insulted when their theory is questioned. Here it comes again... "He who must not be named" acts like an rear and is very arrogant, but I still agree with some of his teachings and it has helped my DD and I am sure many others as well. A lot of his teachings are wasted due to lack of context and inability to explain himself due to his arrogant nature... and that is truly unfortunate.

A lot of great people on this site and I enjoy conversing with them very much. As most of you know, I don't have a clue about hitting theory, I can only explain what I see and feel(I always pick up a bat and try to feel what is being said or visualized).

All good points. But "he who must not be named" does not participate here. If someone has questions, they should be able to get thoughts from multiple sources without the bickering back and forth. Each person provides their own thoughts without the constant bickering, over exaggerating, or flat out misrepresentation that occurs. I know, I know... But it is nice to dream sometimes.

If someone believes in "one leg" hitting, allow them to explain why without slandering or attacking other people.
If someone believes in "two leg" hitting, allow them to explain why without slandering or attacking other people.
If someone believes in "three leg" hitting, allow them to explain why without slandering or attacking other people.

You get the idea...

There are many who read post here that watch video and if students aren't snapping the barrel behind them from one leg then they have to be pushing. Wonder where they may be getting there information from

TDS that’s a great swing man! Great sequence.

Check out when the barrel blurs... poetry in motion. The core turns the barrel blurs. If that’s not powered by the core. I don’t what is Butter.

DRD. You said she Is not as consistent on the inside correct? Swing path sir. Consistent swing path. That a pull pitch in the gif imo. But a sweet swing/hit none the less. She committed yet? Congrats if she is!

This is exactly what I am talking about. A good positive post that echos the characteristics that W=W finds important in a good swing. And he was able to do it without attacking anyone else. Well done!! Even though I may not agree completely with his beliefs, this is a much better post.

By the way, I also think it is a pretty good swing. Perfect? No. But few are... But compared to many other swings I have seen from players in the same age group, I would rate it as significantly better than average. Looks like she has the tools to be successful.

Check my posts please. I have been saying all along that HI stuff isn’t efficient. And TM says it’s MLB material. Both truths (Just because I say it in a sarcastic way sometimes? Hardly a crime imo). That’s is all I have been saying the whole time. I try my best to not stoop down. RDB gets me going sometimes but he provokes me. Not the same.

At the other site SB asks for whippin( pun intended). So I give him what he wants. :)

Correct me if I’m wrong. I am a stellar citizen. 🥳
