So the backhand movement is like your skipping a rock throwing?
The device you see above was a post on Baseball Debate years ago and invented by a Texas Hitting coach by the name of Dana Elliott Goes by the name of infubuildit that use to post on this site. I have used his invention posted by straightleg on this site for around 8 years. We told him he should have did a patent on it. Easy to build and use than the posted device.
Thank You Sir's.... I can't believe I missed placed this.... RHC for the first time, I can't even remember the thread. Noontime good looking out!!!! I'm putting it on all 3 drives. It has stuck in my head though!!! If either of you gentlemen would have anything else of this *player* I would love to see front or back at ground level.... no hurry Thx again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's the one I zoomed and chopped.
Yes, golfers have used it for a long time. HI had plans for a similar on made of pvc. I reported on there that I bought the one above because I thought with several 7 year olds and maybe some of the girls I would want one that you could adjust quickly. After using it a few times, I don't think quick adjustment would be necessary. I think SL had a photo of his....that might save others the $60+ I spent.
Here is mine
I made this video awhile back, as I type my yard is full of snow.... just like in this video
The hitter feels the elbows, arms, shoulders rotate as a unit in slow motion.
