Worsening TB situation and as parents not sure how to proceed

My dd is a lefty and would occasionally take BP right handed. The only benefit I could see was to show off.

any time a "should I leave" post reaches 500 words the answer is you need to leave, if for no other reason then to find out if the crazy follows you or gets left behind.

I agree with comments about benefits of occasionally hitting from opposite side. My buddy who is a high school coach will have players in a slump, hit some from the opposite side to focus more on the ball-- and it seems to work.

I agree with JJ's advice, though! Run away and see if the crazy follows.

Did this with two of my 8U players last night. For one it didn't take but she is a lefty. The other had a good reaction. Several foul tips and slow ground ball to first that went for a hit. Made her night.

Even if there is not another team that can take them right now, they will be better off in the short-term with their private coaching and home practice. however the private coach with TB will likely be helpful in finding a good spot for you.
