I would recommend taking a look at WassermanStrength.com . My 9yo DD was experiencing some shoulder pain when she was throwing and after reading the book and implementing the training, the pain is gone and she is throwing better than before.

The High Level Throwing ebook is approx 90 pages long and has over 50 videos in it. It is easy to read, understand and implement no matter what age your DD is.

This post on Wasserman's site has some good basic drills and video. I looked around a lot and tried a bunch of drills and techniques. Someone on this board recommended his stuff and I found his explanations and drills were the best around.
