A friend of mine coaches a team in DDs age bracket. Each of the last two years he has lost over 60% of his roster each fall. He asked me last fall if I thought adding "Elite" to the team name would help him keep players. I didnt know what to say. Questions like this are just one of the reasons DD wont play for him.
