    Daughters arm hurts when throwing?

    My 10 yo DD has been complaining about bicep area of her arm hurting after throwing. Any suggestions about what she might need to do or change to help arm not hurt from throwing? Chad

    Up and Through?

    Need some drills or suggestions to help dd get on plane of the ball. Bad about swing down to the ball. When contact, bat goes down instead of up and through. Hits a line drive, and ball has so much backspin it just floats, not driven. Thanks Chad
