Need a little help - maybe someone could point me in the right direction. I'd like to create a site for my DD high school team. Very simple... scores, live streaming, schedule notifications. Ideally I thought Facebook would work well, but in my early goings Facebook has locked me out. Not sure exactly what I did to get locked out, but I'd like to find out if there's other possibilities out there for a site?

May not offer as many options, but I would suggest creating a Twitter account for the team.

Gamechanger will let people follow the games and has a feature to send notifications to players or parents. You can also link it to Twitter or Facebook to provide updates that way, though I haven't done that so I'm not sure exactly how that works.

Shutterfly. Not sure if it supports live streaming, but very nice for sharing pictures, video, rosters, calendar, etc. and, it's free.

if you were meaning live video streaming, Facebook live is the easiest. For the slightly more advanced, Periscope+Gopro is fairly easy and much better quality (https://www.pscp.tv/)
