EP: Sorry I found it....I haven't watched these in long time , and am up early, and always got volume off... I knew the Hi daddy had to have came from my DD, no the OP... wasn't sure how...they went to school and I turned it on ...da :{))

I would recommend that she shorten her wind up. She brings her hands completely over her head and adds wear/tear to her shoulders. No matter how far back she goes she still has to come to a complete stop and start her back swing. You already mentioned several things with her mechanics, so I will not repeat them here.
Her elbow and wrist also seem locked on release. I would speculate that her fastball has very little movement and is very flat - easy for batters to read and hit. She will also have problems throwing any movement pitches with that motion.
