Not really. I just thought based upon the "players" it would get "interesting" but efastball doesn't pop in enough to make for a good fight...

My 11 YO DD has been doing the feet crossed version of late and it may or may not be helping
Have her try and maintain her shoulder/hip angles that she starts in as she moves out.
Also have her think a little bit about "walking away from her hands" a bit as she moves out (look at how Mookie's hands barely move forward in space before he launches)

Looks like she has good timing..that will take her far (if it carries over to games) while she works on her mechanics/ages.
So far it has, as long as she 'swings angry'... lol... shes done a version of the feet together drill and it works great.
In relation to the ground it is not flat.
machado isn’t flat either. It’s happenstance. Not a checkpoint. A viable checkpoint is if the chest is still pointing towards the catcher at toe touch. If so the ‘hands’ will remain loaded.

ok. Are you moving the goalposts again? Try to understand stretch reflex and you will know why the back elbow/arm are independent. The real tell is the chest and shoulders for upper body loading.
