Who? IMO those that struggle with 'bat drag' generally don't have a firm grasp of hand usage.
There's a difference between activating the hands in order to maintain certain angles and relationships and trying to directly generate power with the hands.
The first is important while the second is impossible.
I view this as potentially hopeful.
