Its pretty much volunteer. Really one person runs the league (nice guy) and he is usually looking for coaches.

Ah. One of those "We dont' like it, we're going to complain and moan, but not actually do anything" communities.

So the next time a parent complains about the other coach, the response is, "Have you signed up to coach next year?"

Tape him, post it to YouTube, and send the link to everyone in the League, including him. He may not be self-aware on the field, but that might get his attention.
