Hi

I Have 3 grand daughters 10 12 16, i am trying to advance.
I am seeking info if the snap lift at the hip or waist has been changed to an elongated follow through lift.

I have a couple videos from 2years ago - parker, and the 2 emphasize the wrist snap. I am seeing injury questions on that, so if you can direct me to the 2010 style to teach and follow, videos etc.

I used to throw if you will and know the basic push swivel, etc, and still can through a couple pitches pretty well, teaching is an issue i am concerned about to do it right.

What newer videos would help?

thanks in advance

Bill Hillhouse, would be a good place to start.

You are right to ask questions about the wrist snap. I sometimes teach it to beginners and then, not emphasize it later on.

If you could give us a general location, we might come up with a pitching coach that could help hone your skills. You are doing a good thing,
