Measuring Bat Speed / Swing Speeds Who Does it ??

Do any of you guys measure bat / swing speed on your hitters? Not talking exit speeds but swing speeds, and if so what and how do you use this in evaluating your hitters? Are there benchmark speeds you look for them to be achieving at certain ages / levels

I would have to think Zepp is a tool to help you use a tool. No ?

I have a pocket coach radar that will show a speed of the bat but idk how accurate it is. I use it to measure ball exit speed off the bat, which I feel is pretty accurate.
