If she doesn't blow out her arm. 200Ks means she's thrown a ton of innings this fall. If she's striking out two batters per inning, she's thrown 100 innings already. That's a lot for a 14-year-old.

Good point. My kid was there last summer due to other pitchers being injured and it was a lot. Fall has been much better with only 100Ks so far but better recovery. Less is more.

That happened to my daughter this school season. Overuse caused tendonitis and a wasted summer traveling the country.

Saying that I just added up DD innings between school ball and travel. It was lot more than I realized (or would have hoped for).
