My DD has a old xeno and it's a good bat but it's time to upgrade. We have been looking at the worth 2legit. She's 12 and is mechanically sound on her swing. So my question is which bat do you guys recommended? and what can you tell me about the worth 2legit?

Thanks

There is no one "best" for everyone. What is great for one girl might feel terrible in the hands of the next. If your DD likes the feel of the 2Legit, that's a good place to start.

Someone just mentioned they had some trouble with Worth bats. (Post #3)

Really the only issue coming up more often that I heard of was the endcap which was corrected. Have to remember, last year was first year for the 2Legit.

And if you're looking at the 2Legit, you might want to consider a Freak Black which is very comparable look...but a much, much more balanced version of it and has excellent reviews so far

Take her somewhere where she can swing different bats.

My DD likes her Xeno but she LOVES her LXT. A friend has the Worth that you are talking about and DD does not like it nearly as much as her 2 bats

Everyone seems to like the LTX. I have seen a lot of positive comments the last few months.

Here is another one, 13YO DD loves hers.

People will argue about bats they way NASCAR fans will argue Ford vs. Chevy. Whatever makes her happy is what she needs, but at 12, I would only recommend buying her a new one when her old one breaks or she outgrows it.

Hard to argue with this choice. It is what I'd recommend to anybody looking for a balanced bat who is unsure what to get.

It is the smoothest bat there is with absolutely the least amount of sting and vibration, which is great for younger girls. It also has a stiff-enough handle and great pop for even the most burly of power hitters.

Quite a few of my 12U girls swing LXTs. From another thread:

I have a dozen 12-year-old girls who play at a very high level, and they can have any bat they want from DeMarini, Easton or Louisville Slugger. They have tried all of them extensively. Here's what they swing in games:

2014 Easton Mako - 32/22
2015 Louisville Slugger Xeno - 31/21
2015 Louisville Slugger Xeno - 32/22
2013 DeMarini CF6 - 32/21
2015 Louisville Slugger LXT - 32/22
2015 Louisville Slugger Xeno - 32/22
2015 Louisville Slugger LXT - 32/22
2013 DeMarini CF5 - 32/22
2015 Louisville Slugger LXT - 32/22
2015 Louisville Slugger LXT - 32/22
2014 Louisville Slugger LXT - 32/22
2015 Louisville Slugger Xeno - 32/22

I'm not completely sure what to take from this. However, most of these girls were swinging DeMarinis when they came to me with a few swinging Eastons and, believe it or not, none swinging Louisville Slugger.
