SL- with Howard's hitting thing that Casey was demonstrating, what determines where the paddle end should be? I don't have one but I was just wondering- is there a specific height r relationship to the hitters body ?
(Time to make one)

The paddle thing is for a visual...see it, feel it for the hitter. When you look at most high level swings the bat and shoulders plane in no matter what the pitch height.
Lower ball more tilt from the waist, more bat angle.

When i have the girls or boys try to plane in with slow motion in a mirror, 95% of the time the first few times they are not even close.

Maybe booth or someone that knows the body parts can chime in on why it is important to connect the core and if you dont it turn's into an arm swing.

I see rotate connected in plane in good swings
