The reason she leads with the back elbow is because once the front heel drops and her hips start to rotate she leaves her hands behind, causing her to have a arm bar

Her hips lead the swing; as they should.

This is a beautiful swing. Not absolutely perfect, but beautiful, nevertheless. Near perfect. I would use this as a model swing for students.

It takes tremendous skill to pull this swing off.

It would ruin 99% of your students.

There's a reason why this swing is very rare at the highest levels of FP and BB.

There's also a reason why this HR went to the opposite field.

She appears to collapse her back side/knee. Not as good a swing as the other batter.

What about the other batter would ruin a student's swing if used as a model?
