I get that but I just think in order to tighten up the swing that concept will become sloppy, with arms and hands becoming discombobulated.

So how do you explain the extending and flexing of the arms?

So posture puts you on plane? Sounds good, but isn’t close to what good hitters practice or show in game right?

Stan is standing up after he brings his hands in on a direct line right?
Are the shoulders or rotation bringing the bat or is the hands bringing the bat? Seems like the hands have launched before the chest turns..

This is rotation bringing the hands. See the difference? Powerful but not adjustable.

See the late top wrist extension? Late torque of the bat? After rotation starts?

I think this works until college ball.

What about posture here?

One pitch appears to be belt high and the other one below the belt as far as I can tell.

Lol. Did Omar pinch hit for bonds mid pitch? But if you try to do the Bonds ‘catch’ drill that coachQ posted. I think you’ll find out what adjusts what. For me the hands adjust my destination and the bodies posture adjusts to stay on the pitch. Or follow the hand path..

I like that swing but she does get stuck for a mila second but turns the corner well. See her head move backwards after launch. I don't like that but if she is hitting .388 I would leave it alone. I have no idea who this is but I would guess she is a natural right handed player.

I’ve seen worse work at college. Plenty of college baseball hitters hit well, few hit well in the pros. Lots of ways to hit at college.

She’s Paige Holstead. UCLA catcher 4-5 years ago. no pop. Mediocre hitter at best. I’m being nice. Great defender though. I wonder why she gets through the turn well? Look at each piece rotate before each other in sequence.
