HELP! please evaluate my daughters swing

Its supposed to warm up the next couple days. I'll try to get video of her taking some swings with fast pitch.

Swinging around her body, no "short to" and "out from". She is really dropping the barrel behind her body. I think 5frames has a gif that explains this action.

When improper angles are created the hands will be underutilized and the arms will lead the charge.

Yeah one of the improper angles is the shoulder angle, back shoulder drops and the front raises without or with improper posture. The torso/posture isn't used in this swing, so the back shoulder and front shoulder are dropping and raising improperly.

The arm-powered swing is already a limiter. Shortening the rear arm by pinning it to the torso makes the ceiling pretty low.

Yeah the rear elbow does pin to the torso. Good call.
