Poor balance? Swing issue?

FFS has posted some good pictures of the grip. If you look up the batjack it will explain the What we find out giving lessons , those that don't use the correct grip tend to roll the wrists producing a weaker swing with less bat speed.

The grip I talk about has nothing to do with alignment of knuckles. More the bat in the fingers and hitting against the pad of the top hand.

OK, we finally had a chance to get back to work. She has the start of a coil with her right hip and finally is feeling the barrel and it dropping in. Also need to work on walking away from the bat thing.

Not everyone uses that grip...It helps the girls hit it farther, most are not as strong as MLB players and need every advantage

Well that's no fun. I think I have seen it in some swings. She did some slow swings with my heavy baseball bat to feel the barrel. Maybe she is just extending better. Back to the drawing board.
