I am against any form of stalling that's not part of the game. I won't call a time out to run out the clock. I won't change a player in the middle of an inning . What I will do is take a pitch or 2 and tell my runners not to steal to make the other team get me out in time. If they can do it we'll play on.
I don't have a huge problem with taking an out to go to another inning as I see it as allowing the other team another shot at bat. The last time I did it we were down 4 runs and actually were going to play it out until the other coach called a meaningless conference so we made an out on purpose. The next inning there was a 5 run rally and after all was said and done we lost by 9.
