We evolved to something similar over the winter. As I mentioned we have 16 and 18 "exposure" teams we're trying to coach in a more coordinated fashion. Tuesdays we do pitchers for half hour (probably should do an hour and may if we integrate in catching workouts as we've discussed). Sunday's we combine the two squads and do 1 hour of infield only, followed by 1 hour full squad agility (ladders, hurdles, with fielding integrated, etc), followed by 1 hour of outfield only. We have a separate day of team workouts with a trainer.
