I've sort of become obsessed with practice planning lol....we have a 16/18 group too (two teams, practicing together in the winter, more separately fall/summer in a cold climate)....

So wondering....is that really catchers for one team? how do you figure out how to work catchers that also play other positions without shorting/cheating them?

What type of practice is this? Off-season skills work? Regular practice? Etc. Do you do situational work at a different time?

Do you like mixing catching/pitching, fielding and hitting? We tend to do separate focused practices. Just curious.

How much do you emphasize/work fundamentals vs. just-reps (and assume advanced players are relatively solid)?

How many practices per week? How much side-practicing/individual work do your players do? -- pitchers, catchers, hitters, position play?

TKS! Great video!

We do two practices a week. Pitchers and catchers have to get to practice an hour before group practice starts. Thats what you are seeing in the first part of video until music changes over to Papa Roach.

Tonights practice is hitting. Saturday practice is fielding and some hitting. Sat practice goes from 8am-1pm.

Hope that helps some
