In a conversation with John prior to his passing, he said that his video study of elite pitchers led him to the realization that he was much more “open” to the advantages of the torso being at 45 degrees or so at release. Great man and alway learning and growing.

Overall she looks pretty good to me. I would work on better posture and more BI. It's tough to get a clear view of what her arm is doing on the downswing. She might be bending over too much with the idea that the arm has to clear the side as it comes into release. Keeping the arm flexed with the elbow leading into BI is important.

What is BI?

Brush interference. The forearm brushing against the hip, which helps with release point. Depending on the pitcher and angle of video, it can seem like the lower arm is almost wrapping around the body to get to the release point. There’s a sticky for that one too.

What is BI?

I prefer triceps to ribs but basically the arm contacts the side and whips around to release. Here's the full video of Ueno which shows it clearly.
