I'm sorry to here it closed. I try to use his throwing stuff with players but there is so much of it, I just get overwhelmed at times. The waterbottle is my goto for beginners and those with poor mechanics. Pure throwing mechanics aren't stressed enough at the early ages, imo.Heartily agree. My 14 yo DD worked out once a week the past two winters at his, alas, now closed, Nashua, NH facility.
