that ball might still be flying. lol. seriously, saw the highlight of Alo hitting one out last week and if the fence was 220', that sucker landed at 260'+

The knee lift is the load. It’s also the timing mechanism. Knee lift against a firm backside

Yep she sucks it up with a lead side oblique contraction.. Once released she gets FYB.

The knee lift is style, the real load doesn’t care if you have a knee lift, no stride or toe tap.

Not all knee lift, toe tap, etc are created equal. Its why folks who attempt to duplicate don't match. Most don't engage and release the lead side oblique contraction.. The release allows one to get FYB.. Most just fall forward after lifting the leg (No FYB).

Release allows for the needed seperation.
