If you keep at it, you will get better. This is a game of elimination. That last ones standing are the ones who go on to play in college...if they want to. Then it only gets harder. I saw a pitcher earlier this season who I haven't seen pitch since 12U. Holy Moly. She's now 5'11' and can sling it. She's 16 too.
