Hi;
I'm from Malaysia and we are using ISF rules for our games. Last week my team had a primary school state level game. One of my player was at the first base. He stepped on the orange base instead of the white. After the pitch had been made by the pitcher, the runner on first base (who...
Hi;
I'm still looking for the best method to teach my U12 softball team especially the pitching technique. I already have two Bill Hillhouse dvds, Building the House and The Pitches. But I still got confuse with various ways of pitching techniques that I saw from international players on...
Hi;
I got a rotational hitting DVD from a friend in US. The DVD is very good for my under 12 player. They can hit well the ball from waist level and above. The problem is they fail to hit knee level of the pitch ball and always being strike out because of that. I always drill them with hitting...
Hi;
I have a situation where the short stop is in the circle holding the ball but the pitcher is out of the circle. Can any runner on the base leaving the base to advance to another base?

Hi;
Can anyone verify either this pitch is legal or illegal? The pitcher's right hand seems to stop for a moment at 12 o'clock then continue the pitching movement after his leg touched the ground. Is it considered as replanting feet and is it legal?
Hi;
My player attempt to (surprise) bunt the ball. However the ball is not pitched correctly and it end up on the dirt just before the home plate. Is the attempt is considered 'strike'?
I got a question from my friend. Is illegal if right-handed pitcher step forward (from the pitcher plate) with the right leg first instead of the left leg?
I bought a composite bat (TPS Catalyst 2012 -12) almost 3 weeks ago. I found it sting badly my players hands and doesn't pop. I've shared this with another coach from other team. He also have the same experience with their first composite bat (easton brand) in the team.
So my question is.... is...

Is there any such ruling that if any infield fielder over thrown the ball into dead ball area the runner on the base will be awarded one free base.... and two bases will be awarded to the runner on the base if it is thrown by any outfield fielder?
A batter runner advancing to 1b and just stepping to the outer 1b (I don't the proper term for that base) and then (continously) advancing to the 2b without stepping the inner 1b. Is he considered miss the 1b?
The basic ruling (as I understand) of double bat is the batter will out if they hit the pitched ball two times in the batter's box (correct me if it's untrue).
I have this situation... It's no strike. My player had bunt the ball and throw his bat in the infield area (a few feet from home...
I still got confuse with infield fly rule. The basic rules that I understand about it are:
-Less than 2 out
-1b or 1b and 2b loaded
-The ball flies in infield area (the diamond area?)
-The batter is out and the ball is dead.
1) Is it necessary for the umpire to declare (shout out) if infield...
