afraid not. Check out when her middle moves and her bat starts to move. Disconnected rotation is getting her stuck.

separation is a passive thing or reactive.

There were some talk of med ball throwing that I think would help with your dds sequencing. You could also do an easy hands on hips rotational drill to reconnect the upper and lower halves. If you would like I’ll explain it. Notice in the videos below that when the belly button finally starts to turn, the bat is on its way. Compare to your dd.

could very well help. From what I remember she’s always loaded in this manner. Maybe a change might help the eccentric load portion and help the process along.
