I'm teasing..I am sure he will answer (and if not I will trick it out of him by answering incorrectly in what follows) but I believe the second turn in his description is what many call "releasing the barrel"I would have to go searching, do you know the thread titles?

Recency bias..Don't bother - this one is the best!
So you are saying that the initial Turn of the barrel reaches a constant state of velocity with no additional acceleration until a certain point in which the velocity is changed? Now, now be careful there.. Forced or not the barrel initially starts with zero velocity in the direction along the path to the ball and then goes to a nonzero velocity....
Now granted I haven't been studying this stuff for as long as you may have, but you would be the first that I have ever heard say "2 barrel turns" when discussing TTB or otherwise. Please explain

No I am just saying that his initial turn has to have acceleration based upon the mathematical definition of acceleration since at some point the velocity along the direction of the barrel path starts at zero and then goes to nonzero (since it is moving)..I was just nitpicking him since he loves when I do that...its our thingSo you are saying that the initial Turn of the barrel reaches a constant state of velocity with no additional acceleration until a certain point in which the velocity is changed?

Edit: and those other threads were as long as this one so good luck searching

Great adjustment ! Good piece of hitting ! But it doesn’t match what you say she does. Sorry. The initial turn (acceleration from GO in your words) isn’t true. She delays sit a bit and goes to the ball. If she was yanking her hands rearward it’s a swing and miss or a roll over.
