Thoughts on throwing the barrel

Throws line drives. Think tilted helicopter. Builds core strength. Stops early extension (you should try it Shawn). Also uses the Line Drive Pro thing. Haven't used it in awhile so I will bring it out today.

You do not throw the barrel, Grasshopper, the barrel gets thrown. When you understand this, then you will be on your way.

So you are telling me that if I threw the bat at people instead of fences I could have made a profit? Where were you 30 years ago....

I don't care for the expression because how you create the corner to direct the throwing of the barrel is open to, too much interpretation. You can have bat drag and throw the barrel. You can have an all arm swing and throw the barrel.

That is why I steer clear of the phrase.
