Posture was better in this swing then some other ones, but I agree with RH. Shawn there is a reason why I have been saying the same thing to you in regards to posture throughout this thread. My DD was plagued with this throughout her career. Part of the problem was rear foot (if the space between your feet grows smaller prior to contact, you get taller), but IMO her biggest problem was emphasis on working the front shoulder up, it caused her to her to come out of her posture. IMO, anchor the back foot, maintain your posture, let the shoulders rotate around a stationary head instead of jutting the front shoulder up.You are still wanting to get taller.
