Thanks for the help guys. Just an update. The last session we focused more on slowing the feet down. Which really seemed to help her relax. It was more automatic. she was "Staying Back" a lot more and not rushing. The que I used was the following. She loves this movie called leap about a girl that loves dancing. In the movie she was being trained and the trainer told the girl to jump and land in a puddle of water without making a splash. That's what I used the last session to get the point across. We want a soft stride as if we are stepping into a puddle of water and don't want to splash it. It really seem to help her slow down her body and feet.
