This is side view from yesterday. I’ll get a front view this week. This particular swing seemed an improvement vs where we started

You are going to get a lot of input - some of it is too technical to comprehend.

IMO, she is not getting to extension and the bat is very flat when it strokes around the front of the body. Here I see:
1. Her hands DO NOT travel forward after contact
2. Her bat is flat after cotact

I would to lots of 'hit to extension', 'pizza toss', and 2 tee drill.

If you get her bat path after contact right, I think most everything else looks good.

IMO the bat path should look like this from contact through extension;

And the hand should travel forward after contact like this:

IMO the tee is a major issue. I would stop using it. It is causing her swing to be longer, steeper, and pushier

Well, it looks like you posted her swing while I was posting. Her swing is much better than I thought. She seems to be counter-rotated or wrapped too much, which is common off the tee. Try having her get set up looking out at an imaginary pitcher and just shift her eyes to the tee when hitting, keeping her shoulders more square to the plate and her head looking towards the pitcher. Let's see how she looks with that. Hopefully, you can share a swing of a live pitch, too, sometime.
What's the special deal on Bat Trac for DFP members?

The two things that stand out to me are this...
1. She is very upright, as in holding weight too high standing up and not in her legs. Gotta be in your legs for a timing and strength position as well as proper weight distribution when loading rear hip.
2. I do see bat wrap around the backside on the load, vs. coiling and seperating

Both are simple fixes, after that then you can work on other areas. Keep it simple, and these two things are simple but it'll take repetition for that muscle memory to kick in.
