I need improvment on my throwing. My bad habit is releasing the ball at the top of my throw (causing it to sail) and I also have trouble with "getting air" under my balls. I throw too low. I have been doing core training and all for close to 2months so I know its not that I need a more conditioned base, I need to work on my mechanics so I can be that 65+ mph thrower I know that I can be.
