IMO straight fastball is home run in older ages.

Good or bad look at MLB that throw 100. They throw straight no movement, minor is good career for them.

Same when you move up in softball.

Actually a good FB in baseball moves, quite a bit.

It should drop below the initial trajectory more than other pitches.

At what age should a girl be able to throw a good fast ball?

It should be the very first pitch they learn after they earn to throw underhand. They should not progress to any other pitch until they master a good IR/BI fastball.
