Without deception it is..which was what Bill said. You don't think a kid who typically throws 65 could tone it down to throw 50? I throw old man windmill (eg not very good) and I don't have a hard time toning it down..trying to throw a good CU is a different story (I usually grip deep in my hand but I don't hide the ball and DD can pick it up...)
