Gamemanship or Cheating?

As a catcher, DD steals signs all of the time - has since she was a 14U - and communicates what she knows with the coach, players etc. Part of the game IMO...

I tend to fall on the side of sign stealing being a bit bush league, but there are many worse things that coaches do. I love the point made earlier about how stealing signs and tipping off your batter may help your batter on that pitch, but how is it helping them become better hitters?
