A friend of mine is looking to get his DD a new bat. My DD is a Demarini girl...but, it doesn't seem like they want to go that route. He mentioned an Easton FS1 or FS2. I told him that I'd check on this site to see if anyone had any thoughts on this bat.

It depends if she likes a one piece or two piece. DD preferred the FS1 but her teammate preferred the FS2. These take more break in time then most of the new bats out there and I always suggest some help from an adult. DD's a pretty big girl and she still likes me to help her break it in. Her FS1 no longer passes inspection but it's still fun to practice with because it's smoking hot.

Yes...Easton likes to mess with people I think:)

HA!

Yes, my DD carries 32/22 FS1 and FS2 in her bag.

She calls the one-piece bat the "Two one-er" and the two-piece bat the "one two-er"...
(clear as mud, I know...)

She likes both bats.
Eastons in general. Already begging for a 33/23 Mako for next season...

Pretty close to DD's team colors too, plus she is getting tired of the orange scheme of her 2014 & 2015 Makos.

Question for the Mako owners: How do the Makos *feel* in comparison to the FS1 (also a 2-piece bat)?

DD favors her FS2 (one-piece), currently.
But has tried a few of her teammates Makos and likes the pop

PS Noooooooo! Makos are supposed to be *orange*...
