wasn't really the focus of my post honestly, was more interested in other's opinion as to whether this looks like an IR pitcher or not.

I agree with @marriard I remember watching a video of Luna and it looked like her hand was palm down at 11 and by 9:00 she was palm up.

I agree it's hard to tell from one photo, but in that particular photo, she does appear to be locked out and pushing.
