Does one quote sum it up for the college softball experience? A life Lesson?

I don't know if it sums up college softball but there are words of wisdom contained within that should be applied to many phases of life that we all travel through.

Good quote. Although while college softball lasts only four years, classes last only four months, and some relationships don't last that long. Most things in life are temporary. So what is the quote telling me? Not to worry to much about softball and put more energy elsewhere? Or to go at softball harder since it's about to end and those other things live on?

Not to be a wet blanket, but attending the funeral of the 21 yr old son of my wife's close colleague this past weekend was a brutal reminder that not even tomorrow is guaranteed.
