A couple people pm'd me about this.
I used thinwalled pvc, it was the only ones at home depot that slid together. The gray pieces are electric 90's i cut the bell off.
I rubber bushings i found in one of those slide out drawers.
I made enough holes so the elbows can be relaxed.
This is just for a feeling in slow motion to feel how you maintain the elbow spacing, and not dump that back elbow underneath (bat drag) like so many hitters do.
This drill just goes to impact. Then start over.
I only do 3-4 with a hitter if needed.
I believe there are some by different people on the web you can just buy if you dont want to make one.
I dont make them or sell them, just made one for personal use.
