I agree with the others. No pitching till she is 100%.
My DD had some lower back pain last year. Doctor told her to take 5-6 weeks off and focus on building core strength.
After 3 weeks she begged me to throw again as she felt "great". Seven pitches later the pain was back and worse than before. She took a full 7 weeks off and never looked back.
