Of course. Blast is good, but almost too much info in my opinion. It can have you running in circles. I would use it as an occasional tool as a check-in instead of dedicating your entire hitting focus on it.

Yes, I don’t use it every practice. As my swing gets better the numbers get better. The numbers are a result of a good swing and not the cause.

For instance, you can record batspeed, although there are a number ways to achieve higher batspeed. So the metric can become useless if not done correctly.

I spent the time studying the app and the features of the sensor. The more you understand the more useful the sensor and metric data.
