I’ll provide the clips. I have many HR derby swings from back in the day. I have that swing of Hamilton as well and Bobby Abrue for example. I had an old analysis of Abrue and Pujols, just can’t find it. It shows Pujols TTB deep and Abrue getting the hands forward (pushing). I can try to see if I can redo it.

HR derby swings aren't all bad, just more extension used in some. Not all HR derby swings are the same either, like Hamilton's.
